Hello readers, I know it’s been a while since I last wrote.

There has been no major developments in the wedding planning…except…I did talk to my flower lady talked to her about everything I wanted to do as far as all the flowers go for the wedding and reception. 🙂 I am excited about that.

Last week I spent a few days in Seattle, Washington; attending a conference for my work. I have to say that the weather in Seattle is just beautiful. It is no wonder that everyone there is so active…it is way too nice to stay inside. I didn’t do too much, but I did go the Aquarium located just down the street from the hotel we stayed at.  One of my co workers said that he counted 5 people at any time in his line of sight running, jogging, riding a bike…just spending time outside.

Hotel in Seattle
Here is the lobby of the Waterfront Marriott the evening we arrived.
Love it
I love the do not disturb signs these days. So many hotels have a lot of fun with their sayings.
Starfish clinging to the glass wall of his enclosure. They are so neat to watch. They had some at the touch pool so you could well…touch them. They felt a little leathery. I got to see the suction cups on one as it was moving one of his arms around outside of the water.
A ball of salmon viewed from underneath. My boss called it a bait ball…that is what it looks like.
The view from the restaurant across from the hotel. My favorite view of the trip.
Someone missed momma
I think Chico missed me. When I got home, James and I watched tv and lounged around the bedroom. I laid down to take a nap and look who decided to lay on me. 🙂 My poor puppy, I think he missed me.

I think I’m all moved in to the house. Now for putting money back for the wedding and start getting that paid for.

What do you think?
