This is your life.

Today’s Daily Post asks
If you could read a book containing all that has happened and will ever happen in your life, would you? If you choose to read it, you must read it cover to cover.

What a tempting question. I don’t think I would want to read such a book, I mean you have to read it cover to cover. That means, knowing when and how you die.

To me, that sounds like it would just take all of the fun out of life. I had rather live not knowing. Sure, there are somethings I would love to know, but I think it’s better not knowing all together.

Wouldn’t you agree? I would not want to know when the good or the fantastic or the bad things were going to happen in my life.True, it might give you a chance, in effect; to change something that you didn’t want to happen. In the movies, at least, it always seems that fate finds a way for that to happen anyway.

I don’t like surprises very much, but life is pretty good, and while life has some pretty large surprises it can throw at you, I think I am better off not knowing.
